Packing Machinery
AMV provide production machinery, which are developed in close cooperation with the mineral industry. The full range of "cold end" machinery includes cutting, stacking, bagging and packing of mineral wool products. The machines are easy to adjusted to other types of products. AMV Bag Packing Unit
The "battpacker" unit is producing plastic bags from a continuous plastic tube and fill the bags with stacks of glass wool bats which are compressed before they are pushed into the bag. The machine may also close the open end of the bag afterwards. We could then include air outlet holes in the weld if that is required.
Even though the operators are instructed how to run the machinery from the start it is a must to have control systems that are easy to understand and use. Our machines include control panels with good illustrations on touchscreens designed for this type of industry.
