Koltek Roof Car may be installed hidden on the roof and will give flexible and effective access for inspection and maintenance on building exterior. The RC402 Roof Car is designed for an AMV Koltek single suspended platform type WT402 or similar.

For passing corners or obstructions on the façade the roof car is equipped with a jib extension. The maximum payload depends on the length of the jib, type of rail and position of front rail. Payload must always be verified with product information on the ID sign fixed to the roof car chassis.

The roofcar is our "roofmachine light" as it has no winch for the hoisting of suspended platform or steel ropes. This function is included in the suspended platform. When you have parked the platform you normally disconnect the steel ropes and fix them to the wall by use of a wire cross or hoist them manually up on the roof.

When you need access to the facade on a building higher than 40 - 50 meter you may use a roofmachine which include a winch. We may now offer roofmachines of a well known European brand to an acceptable price - if you should need this alternative. Call our sales office for more info.
