Punching Noise Suppression
We have recently installed our noise suppression wall system round the fin punching machines at the largest producer of heatexchangers in Norway; ttc norge as.
The installation include large sliding doors for easy transport of palletised products in and out from the machine hall. Several standard access doors for personnel have also been included. The customer had specified the need of large window surfaces to allow full visibillity both ways. This have made it easy to check on the machinery from outside and the operators inside will not feel trapped inside.
The white surfaces on both sides of the wall will reflect the light perfectly. The surfaces are easy to clean.
We know that noise will leak through very small openings. Our special designed modular system include details that prevents this to happen. Our noise suppression system makes a difference! You should have the system installed if you are troubled by noise.
